Initially very skeptical about 'yet another' AI tool but because this product has an awesome pedigree I decided to check it out and set it up on two large sites. The indexing process worked well and the AI bot was able to answer questions posed to the site. Nice to see the log of questions asked and I was able to add some extra materials for questions not answered completely to my satisfaction. Looking forward to tracking what sort of questions are being asked so we can create more relevant content or where updates are needed to our sites.
