Been building ClaudeFast in public since Claude Code launched 5 months ago. Today I'm shipping the second half of what I've been working on, and I wanted to share the journey.

The backstory:

ClaudeFast started as a Code Kit: a Claude Code starter kit with 15 specialized agents, 15+ domain skills, and two hooks that solve the biggest pain points (permissions interrupting your flow, skills not loading when they should). It's the development infrastructure I wished existed when I started using Claude Code.

5 months of iteration. Constant updates with every Claude Code release. Feedback from 200+ developers. The Code Kit handles how Claude operates: context management, sub-agent orchestration, session persistence, the technical side.

But I kept running into the same problem: I could build fast, but marketing was still a bottleneck.

What I shipped today:

The Growth Kit. 47 skill files and 28,000+ lines of frameworks that turn Claude into your fractional CMO, market researcher, and copywriter.

Five interconnected skills:

- Idea to Product: Validates ideas before you waste months building wrong. 25-question deep-dive, viability scoring, competitive intel, transformation analysis.

- Research: Competitor analysis, target segments, positioning strategy, keyword research. The stuff you'd pay a consultant $5K for.

- Marketing: This is the big one. Voice profiler, direct response copy frameworks (PAS, AIDA, PASTOR), email sequences, SEO content system, Reddit/Twitter playbooks, launch checklists. 18 files in this skill alone.

- Media Creation: Visual strategy, AI image generation prompts, social graphics. Lateral thinking techniques so you don't get generic AI visuals.

- Crawl-CLI: Extract any competitor site as clean markdown for analysis.

This is the part I'm most proud of. The landing page was built using both kits working together.

The Code Kit's frontend agent and design skills handled the implementation. I built a variant switcher: one landing page that transforms between the Code Kit version and the Growth Kit version with a single toggle. Same structure, different content, smooth transitions. The kind of polished UI work that used to take me days.

The Growth Kit's direct response copy skill and voice profiler wrote the actual copy. Headlines, benefit stacks, objection handling, testimonial placement. All the conversion optimization baked into the frameworks.

Building the landing page for both products using both products felt like the ultimate dogfooding. The synergy is real.

What I learned:

The Code Kit is about how Claude operates: agents, context management, permissions, session state. Technical infrastructure.

The Growth Kit is about what Claude knows: frameworks, templates, decision trees, platform-specific tactics. Packaged expertise.

Different skill types entirely. The Growth Kit files are way longer and more prescriptive because marketing has more "right answers" than development. Code is creative. Copy has formulas that convert.

Together they cover the full loop: build the product, then take it to market.

- 15+ domain skills loaded on demand (infra-ops, payment processing, analytics, SEO content generation)

- Permission Hook: 3-tier auto-approval so you stop clicking Y/N on every command

- Context min-maxing: delegates to sub-agents so your main thread lasts 6x longer before compaction
